Sourcing

Your talent pool: imports, resumes and apply links

Every candidate you source, upload or receive lands in one searchable pool. How to bulk-import resumes, add LinkedIn profiles, and collect inbound applicants.

One pool, every source

Your Talent Pool (My Database) holds every candidate your org has ever touched: sourced profiles, uploaded resumes, inbound applicants and manual adds. Everyone in it gets the same enrichment and the same intelligence signals, so an uploaded resume ranks against a sourced profile on equal terms.

Uploading resumes

  • Drop PDF, DOCX, ZIP or CSV files straight into the Talent Pool. Each resume is parsed into a full structured profile with skills, history and signals.
  • Bulk imports scale to thousands of resumes: large batches process asynchronously (typically within hours) at no extra per-resume fee beyond your evaluation allowance.
  • Re-uploading someone updates their existing profile and keeps every resume version, instead of creating a duplicate.

Agency with a decade of resumes in a shared drive? Zip them and drop the lot. The importer dedupes, parses and enriches the whole archive into a searchable, rankable pool.

Adding LinkedIn profiles

  1. 1Paste one or more LinkedIn profile URLs into the Talent Pool (or straight into Talia) and they import as full profiles.
  2. 2With the Chrome extension installed, any profile you are viewing on LinkedIn can be added to your pool in one click, parsed from the page you are already looking at.

Apply links: inbound candidates, same bar

Every role can generate a public apply link. Candidates who apply through it land in that role's pipeline tagged as inbound, get parsed and enriched like everyone else, and are scored against the same criteria as your sourced candidates.

  • Pre-screening is configurable per link: experience range, must-have skills and location can gate applications for free before any evaluation runs.
  • Inbound candidates are channel-tagged, so analytics show which channel actually converts for each role.
  • Re-applications merge into the existing profile with resume history preserved.

Because inbound and sourced candidates share one scoring bar, an applicant who beats your sourced shortlist surfaces on top instead of dying in a separate inbox.

Searching your own pool

  • Talent Pool searches reuse profiles your org already owns before sourcing anything new, which is faster and spends nothing.
  • AI Screening works on your own database too: pick criteria and rank your existing candidates for a new role.
  • Do-not-contact companies can be configured account-wide and are respected across searches and outreach.

Frequently asked

What file formats can I import?

PDF and DOCX resumes, ZIP archives containing them, and CSV exports. LinkedIn profile URLs can be pasted directly, and the Chrome extension adds profiles from the page you are viewing.

Do imported resumes cost anything?

Imports draw from the same profile-evaluation allowance as sourcing, once per new profile. Re-imports and updates of existing profiles are free.

Can candidates apply directly to a role?

Yes. Generate an apply link for the role, share it anywhere, and applicants land in the pipeline scored against the same criteria as sourced candidates, tagged as inbound so you can measure the channel.
