The two meters that matter
TalentGPT meters two things. Everything else (searches, screening, sequences, the pipeline) is included in your plan.
Profile evaluations
Consumed once per profile that enters a search, when it is sourced and evaluated. Re-running, re-ranking or re-opening a search never charges the same profile twice.
Contact credits
Consumed per contact field revealed: one for an email, one for a phone number. Charged only when a reveal succeeds, and a revealed contact stays unlocked for your team.
Your account page shows exactly these two meters, live. If a reveal finds nothing, you are not charged for it.
What each plan includes
Plans are sized by how many new profiles you can analyse a month. Roles, searches and sourcing runs are unlimited on every plan - split your monthly allowance across as many roles as you like. Every role is a complete hiring desk: AI sourcing, screening against your criteria, outreach automations (email follow-ups on silence, LinkedIn nurturing) and an inbound apply page scored by the same criteria.

- Shared talent memory: profiles your searches have already evaluated are reused free when a new search matches them, instead of being re-bought.
- Reveal deduplication: a contact your org already revealed is served from your account at no new charge.
- Honest pools: searches stop when the real matching population is exhausted rather than padding your list with lookalikes you would pay to evaluate.
Frequently asked
What is a sourcing run, and do rebuilds cost anything?
A sourcing run is one pass where Talia sources and evaluates a fresh net of candidates for a role. Rebuilding the shortlist from what you already sourced (changing criteria, re-ranking, filtering) is always free and never counts as a run; only going back out for new profiles does.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle. One-time add-on packs raise your cap for the current cycle and are designed for spikes, not as a rollover mechanism.
What happens when I hit my evaluation cap?
Running searches stop sourcing new profiles and everything already evaluated stays fully usable: screening, shortlists, outreach and pipeline all keep working. You can buy a capacity pack or wait for the cycle reset.
Is there a per-seat charge?
Free and Starter include 1 seat, Growth includes 5. Additional seats beyond that are an Enterprise conversation.
