Quickstart: your first search with Talia

Talia is the AI recruiter that runs your whole search. 1. 1Sign up and land on the dashboard. The big input at the top is Talia. Type your ask the way you would brief a colleague: "Growth marketing manager for a D2C brand in Bangalore, 4 to 8 years, up to 25 LPA."
2. 2Tell her what a great hire would deliver. Talia asks for the outcomes you need in the first 90 days. These become ranking criteria, so candidates are scored on their ability to deliver your goals, not just on title match.
3. 3Pick the role this search belongs to. Every search lives under a role (a project), so your shortlists, pipeline and interviews stay organized per position.
